Have you ever felt at the mercy of life like you couldn't choose to create what you wanted?
I'm sure you've experienced those times where you felt like you were being forced down a path without full approval. It's those times when you would love to take more co-creative authority of your experience, is really the time to surrender and allow a more expanded and evolved desire of what you truly want to come forth.
In my throwback publication, A Catered To Life: Oh Taste & See How Good It Is To Be Loved By Life, I share about learning how to awaken in such a way to allow and receive the goodness of life on a daily basis. This begins a true surrendered journey of allowing life to cater to you.
To honor, the flow of life, God's plan and my desires, I allow three stands of flow to run simultaneously as one cohesive rhythm of life. This allows me to still be the CHOOSER of my divine right desires, receivership and the trusted plan.
How I Choose...
I Choose from the Menus of Life: There are times where life will present you with a buffet of options that you would have never considered or even knew existed. This is where variety invites you into the space of leveraging your power to choose what you most want from what's available to serve your highest good at this phase. I look at all of this as God's plan presented in what will be the best options in the present.
I Choose to Create/Co-Create My Own Menus: There will times when I want to be the culinary authority of my creations and bring forth my artistic flow of master-chef-ing what will be served. I honor my desires and allow more unfolding to be present as I mold, space and architect new creations that I desire and want to experience where my hands were in the clay. I select from my selections as I allow the divine creative intelligence to co-partner/co-piolet the menu planning and preparing of creations.
I Choose to Allow Life to Cater to Me: This is the part of the choosing that truly is the art of surrendering at its finest. Sometimes life want to surprise and delight us in ways far beyond our understandings and give us more than we could as think or imagine (Ep 3:20-style). When life caters to you, it's not always from an intentional physical choosing; however, it's from an expanded awareness of consciously choosing to let life bring you desire far beyond what you could articulate in asking and/or just as a surprise like a birthday gift without it having to be your birthday.
This could be in the form of someone doing something for you that you didn't expect, you are discovering the right thing at the right time with no effort of searching and/or you did place an order to the menu of life and now you're not trying to figure out the how or when, but you just stay ready for its arrival. It's also, like placing an order for a catering service to do all of the work for you while you while you receive and enjoy the benefits of not having to do it yourself or rely on someone not under a professional obligation to provide what you're desiring to experience.
As you can see, I choose from, I choose to, and I choose allowing.
