Same app, same folder, nothing to re-import.

Same app, same folder, nothing to re-import.

I renamed it because five other things were already using the old name, including a paid Windows library manager doing nearly the same job and a Play Store app. Anyone searching for mine found four other things first. Better to move now, while a few dozen people are looking, than later with a few thousand.

Nothing you have on disk changes. Your library, your tags, your notes and your print history are untouched. It updates in place like any other release, and backups you exported under the old name still restore, because the importer accepts both. That last one took one line and would have quietly cost somebody their history if I had missed it.

The site moved to printery.magikh0e.com. Every old address redirects to the matching page, so bookmarks and links keep working.

0.3.0 is out with all of this in it: https://github.com/magikh0e/Printery/releases/latest

One thing that will look odd, and is deliberate. The Windows installers are still called PrintVault, and so is the entry in Add and Remove Programs. The .exe installer finds your existing copy through a registry entry named after the product, so renaming it would install a second copy beside the first and leave you with a dead shortcut. Not a cost worth passing on for a filename. If you go looking for Printery in your installed programs, look for PrintVault.

Headfit, the helmet and mask fit bench, is unchanged and still lives at printery.magikh0e.com/headfit.html.

Both are free and stay free, GPL-3.0, no account, nothing uploaded. This page is only here for anyone who feels like throwing something at it, and if you have been using either of them, that is already the part I care about.
