Thank you for stopping by~

When I first began my fitness journey back in 2020, I combined my love for planning and my growing knowledge of fitness and created visual trackers that I believe were the reason why I remained consistent with my diet and exercises. (I cannot stress this enough.)

I share some of my knowledge through videos but I would also like to share the fitness trackers that I designed to hopefully help others along their fitness journey.

I strongly believe that keeping track of your progress on paper (or digitally) will help you to gain momentum, you will continue to advance, and ultimately, you will develop the discipline required to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Let's evolve together!
