We are a small family business, specialising in home made vegan products such as: Vegan yorkshire puddings, toad in the holes, Crepes, Tiramisu, and more!
The family business consists of me (Lauren), I work on the business full time and I am the only baker. I also do all the customer service, admin, and product development.
I am supported by my wife Sophie who thankfully has a full time job in addition to Mabel's. She helps with numbers and the more technical side of Mabel's, and most importantly she is supporting us financially while I am unable to work.
And finally, we are helped my Sophie's mum, who at 70 years old, lovingly packs all your orders once their baked.
In December 2024, I fell and fractured my knee, and I have been told that it will take 2 months before I can walk again.
Not being able to work during my busiest time of year will be catastrophic to the business, as we normally rely on this income to see us through the quieter months in the summer.
