Thank you to everyone for buying me some coffee for my trips out to Nova Scotia.
Two days in I broke my toe running into a rock on the sandbar.. Crazy thing is I didn't know it was broken After a few days and some crazy bruising all the pain and bruises went away..... so fast forward 3 weeks my neighbour in NS who is a medical receptionist said I should get it checked out.... Sho enough it was fractured .... hairline and not a problem but I did decide to leave a week early so I wouldn't be tempted to run into another one.
