Ezekiel N. Drews here, from Lucid Films! I’m an actor, writer, director, and other many hats of filmmaker trade. I kicked off my filmmaking career with the creation of “Happy Birthday”, a post-apocalyptic pandemic political drama feature film about isolation, suicidal ideation and survivor’s guilt, and the distrust of those who represent us in government during pandemics. I’m currently in post-production for a 30-40 minute prequel/sequel proof of concept to this film called “The Deep State”. I’m also in pre-production for both a short film called “The Visitor”, an homage to the first scene of Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglorious Basterds”, and another short called “The Rejects”, a film amount a bunch of middle aged losers who attempt to pull off a heist of their town’s chili cook-off prize money.
