Lubna is a final year Economics student at Lady Shri Ram College For Women (LSR). She is the Co-founder of Only Pherans, one of the most inclusive clothing brands in the region, making Kashmiri clothing more accessible and standardized. She also gave an interview about her journey as a small business owner.

She is the Co-Founder and Managing Editor of the Journal of Intersectional Analysis, a pro bono journal launched to provide expression to the complex categories of class, gender, nationality, disability, and other identities. The journal aims to be a leading source of scholarly research into how we might understand the idea and application of 'intersectionality.'

She has worked as a writer with BW Businessworld, one of India's leading business magazines, and has also written for LSR's magazine and blog. 

She is the founding member of Aghaaz, a student-led social entrepreneurship project to empower women by providing them vocational skills and economic independence while following sustainable development goals. 

She is an alumna of Mayo College Girls' School, Ajmer, India's best residential school, where she was State Rank 3 in her ISC exams, including a perfect score in her English, Psychology, and Sociology. She has also attended a Summer School at Ashoka University, Sonipat, in 2017. Her work has been recognized by various platforms like The Times of India, BW Businessworld, and the LSR Magazine.

Lubna is passionate about education, businesses, and mental health and has worked towards it since her childhood.
