Welcome to our page. Generally speaking, LThMath is an online movement which tackles people's opinion about mathematics and its impact on our society. 

We are trying different aspects of social media to raise awareness of the importance of mathematics. Our view is that the study of mathematics is like air or water to our technological society. Using different social media platforms (Facebook, Tumblr, Wordpress, Instagram and Twitter) we are sharing aspects about the history of mathematics, information about mathematicians, art related to mathematics, aspects of nature that can be explained or understood better with mathematics and fun comics or jokes. Moreover, recently we have started creating free online courses, short interviews and posters.
