I’ve been running LSLab Berlin for 10 years now—showing up, coaching, mentoring, finding hosts, guiding those on the Design Team, and building this awesome community because I love it (and because Liberating Structures rocks!). I’ve covered the costs the entire time because it’s worth it to see us grow and learn LS together.
But here’s my challenge: keeping this going takes a bit of cash (platform fees, materials, all the admin). I am now a solopreneur, doing this really on my own, without a corporate sponsor. It's all volunteer, and I pay roughly $400 yearly for platform and marketing fees. Your ‘coffee’ doesn’t just help cover those costs; it’s a way of saying, ‘Yeah, I want more of this!’ and 'What you are doing is valuable to me.' It shows me that the support is real and that you’re as invested in LSLab Berlin as I am.
