I am a listener, learner, thinker, & communicator.

I'm deeply curious about life and am fascinated by art, space, ancient cultures, stories, personality structures, science, psychology, family, nature, and the Spirit which holds it all together.

By integrating all of these interests, along with my experience as a spiritual director, Enneagram coach, and my training in theology and biblical studies, I create experiences and content to help individuals and groups explore, reflect, and reframe their identity and story.

I love seeing people find freedom so they can live courageously, honestly, and deeply from their best and truest selves.
