Dear Friends,
I'm so excited to introduce our theme for November and celebrate a personal milestone: completing this newsletter a week ahead of schedule! As someone who usually works down to the wire, I'm happy to embrace this bit of growth.
This month's focus is on gratitude: recognizing and appreciating the people and experiences that bring value to our everyday lives. I've been studying positive psychology this semester, and I'm eager to share some fresh insights and tools that might inspire a new perspective.
Throughout November, we'll focus on the moments that bring us joy and offer small acts of praise to ourselves and others. It's about building the habit of gratitude, even as we recognize the challenges we may face in everyday life and the coming holiday season. Gratitude is not a strategy to improve your life but a way of aligning with the true nature of existence. When you align and accept yourself, you find beauty and miracles in the ordinary.
This month, I'm offering our usual resources: journal prompts, meditations, and a special offer for a one-on-one focused reading session with me to support your gratitude and personal growth journey. If you choose to engage with the journal prompts, it's noteworthy that while studies suggest that gratitude journaling can boost well-being, less frequent journaling, like once to three times a week, offers more sustained benefits than daily journalling https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/six_new_studies_that_can_help_you_rediscover_gratitude
To book a session, simply text me (for real, just text me). I'd love to hear from you here, so feel free to comment about something you're grateful for!
Lastly, you can always reach out to me through text, DM, or even give me a call; although my phone is often on Do Not Disturb, I will call you back. I'm here to support you on your gratitude journey. Let's spend these next 31 days acknowledging the blessings around us. Sharing gratitude can be more than a practice. It's a gateway to a life of fullness and acceptance.
With love and gratitude,
Amber 💛 Jean
