Hey! Thanks for being here! I'm Lou, I love to make stuff :) Creativity has been a great gift to me. It has kept me playful, curious, and open to life. More than anything, though, it's kept me sane. The world is harsh, but there is so much love, knowledge, and beauty to witness and share. These are the pillars that drive my work, and whenever I can throw in some playfulness, that helps too. Every workshop, candle, performance piece, song, meditation... anything I produce is a reflection of my personal attempts to remind me that 'I'm good, and the world is good'.
