Hi there! At my core, I am a geek who wants people to be able to the thing they love well.

The things that I am geeky about are (in no particular order)

• Existential coaching for individuals and teams
• How people and groups come up with their sense of identities
• Developing authentic team and community cultures
• Social justice, with the end goal where people are able to be their full authentic selves
• Stories and mythology (in many of it's forms)
• How we pragmatically show curiosity, compassion and courage in our day-to-day
• Coffee
• Food

I am an ally; a mental health advocate; a Trustee for a small charity; a Masters student; a business owner; a recovering workaholic and pragmatic optimist.
