B-R-E-A-T-H-E. Breathe again. And yet again. Conscious breaths. A deep, slow inhale. Hold it for just a moment. A slow exhale through the mouth, and sigh it out. Do this 3x. Rinse and repeat in a few hours. And again in another few hours. I don't know about you, but when I get caught up in the busyness, the "to do" lists, i.e.- life on a hamster wheel , I forget to take a few minutes several times...
