I make videos on YouTube at "GoHelen" for the senior ladies in our lives with the purpose of making them feel valued. And... I write a free weekly newsletter called UPLIFT for us - those who care for senior ladies (and gents) to provide bite-sized info in six areas to uplift our care, not overwhelm us...
