I built Headwind because I was tired of seeing cycling platforms lock more and more features behind subscriptions while treating my ride data as their product.

Headwind is a self-hosted cycling platform that runs on your own hardware. It syncs rides from Strava and Garmin, imports FIT and GPX files, integrates with Home Assistant, and even lets friends connect their own Headwind servers directly without any third-party service in the middle.

No subscriptions.

No cloud.

No accounts.

Just your rides, your data and your hardware.

If you'd like to support development, testing and future features, feel free to buy me a coffee. Or a packet of custard creams.
