In October I was invited down to Glob Studio in Ithaca, NY to record some demos of my newer songs. These are tunes that will appear on forthcoming album releases. This is my original song "Glass Palace"that I wrote in 2018. I wrote this song after seeing the film, "Glass Castle" starring Woody Harrelson. Watching the family in the film struggle through poverty, alcoholism, and well-intended mistakes of the patriarch harkened back to some of my own childhood trauma. I wrote this song blending elements from the film with some of my own history. Music and lyrics written and performed by Michael George Gonzalez (aka Lone Gonzo). The audio and video was recorded at Glob Studio (@globstudioithaca) in Ithaca, NY by Bob Hutko (Recording Engineer) with Helena English (Production Assistant).
