As we continue to study the Armour of God, our spiritual defense for battle, we now look at the Shoes of Preparation of the Gospel of Peace.
These shoes are no ordinary shoes. There are to be fitted for our feet and making us prepared, stable and stand our ground in the war for our souls, minds and lives.
The shoes of PEACE signifies the Gospel of Unity purchased by Christ's death and resurrection which purchased and secured salvation for whosoever will. Jesus was crucified to bring us peace from the torment of the devil and the burden of sin on humanity. This gospel; good news to all who were outside of the covenant that the Jews had with God. This gospel now included you and me.
If everyone eligible to receive the good news, received the good news, there would be no need for Wars.
Today, as we stand in the midst of neighbors Israel -Gaza, Russia -Ukraines Congo and Sudan all linked by land, history and genetics but at war, the Gospel of Peace is the missing link. So put your shoes of peace on and be readied for the battle every day.
We speak peace to every restless person, peace to the sick, sad and hungry. Peace to you today.
