Conversations about Spiritual Direction. Recorded at St. Benedict’s Monastery in Winnipeg and hosted by good friends Suhail Stephen and Mary Coswin, OSB—both seasoned spiritual directors and teachers of spiritual direction—Listen with Love explores the ministry of spiritual direction within the Christian tradition. With personal stories and meaningful (often humorous) dialogue, the podcast aims to deepen understanding about spiritual direction, encourage the vocation of spiritual directors, and reflect how spiritual direction feels — all with a view to seeing individuals, communities, and the Church flourish.

Since launching in January 2026 and as of September 2026, Listen with Love has reached almost 15,000 downloads and grown to 155 Substack subscribers, with listeners across North America and beyond. We’re humbled by all the ways people have supported the podcast—from listening and subscribing to writing to us and sharing the conversations with others.

It takes about 5–6 hours to produce each episode, along with some expenses (audio editing, etc.) amounting to about CA $300 per episode. We’ve undertaken this wholeheartedly and joyfully because we believe in it! We made the first season without any sponsorship, advertising, or fundraising campaigns. The podcast will remain freely available, as always.
