Welcome! Hi, I'm Lisa! I am an integrative psychotherapist + coach, author, and poet. Your support helps me to create offerings for our nervous systems to settle, our bodies to be nourished, our hearts to be inspired, and our world to be a more compassionate place.

This is a space for making a donation to support my work!

I appreciate you recognizing the value of my work, heart, and soul! It fuels me (literally - I love smoothies, and soulfully - it warms my heart when people show they value artists, writers, and helpers!).

Looking for more soulful goodness?!

Here are my offerings, both free and paid:

~ My meditations are on Insight Timer. They are free.

~ My podcast, Delightful, is filled with poetic experiences, meditations, and soulful reflections. All free, again!

~ I started a Substack newsletter, of course it's called Delightful! There is both a free and paid monthly/yearly/founder subscription option.

~ Poems and blog posts to nourish your embodied, soulful self and relationships. All free.

~ My two books, Gems of Delight and Your Light is Rising, are perfect companions for your daily reflection

~ My mini "Challenges" are available to boost your self-compassion, joy, and mental health. You can find them on my shop.

~ If you are looking for 1:1 support, check out integrative coaching with me (this one isn't free, baby!)

Thanks so much!

Blessings,

Lisa
