I am committed to creating equitable spaces within the resto industry, dismantling the status quo of top-down dominance of working conditions, for real, systemic change and for workers to be afforded the rights, they have been owed for too long. In my work, I take into consideration how wider societal issues show up in our everyday practices in the resto and service workspace. And sometimes, just sometimes, I make memes to get a point across, for us to laugh a little and to poke, where a good poke is due.

For me to do so and keep going, in this world of money, I must be able to support myself.
