At some point in our lives, we will all experience loss and will have to figure out how to manage the grief that comes with it. Whether you're grappling with the heart-wrenching loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or even your own identity, it can be hard to find others who understand the pain and challenges that come with it.

Grieving should never be done alone. That is why I have spent close to 30 years forming communities for loss survivors like myself. It has been my life's work to help those mourning find strength and support.

Talking openly about grief is crucial for normalizing it, helping others understand that it's a natural part of the human experience, and breaking down the stigma surrounding it.

Thank you for helping me continue to make it possible with these cups of coffee. Let's continue to mend piece by piece together, one step at a time.
