Hi, I am a Soul Midwife and complementary wellbeing practitioner, working at the meeting place of emotional healing, inner transformation and compassionate presence. My work draws on mental health knowledge, transpersonal hypnotherapy, Reiki and other integrative approaches to support people through change, healing and some of life’s most significant transitions.

When I am not holding space for clients, I write, reflect and create art. Through my therapeutic work, writing and creativity, I hope to contribute something meaningful, compassionate and quietly transformative to individual lives, and to the greater field of connection that we all share.
