Hi, I'm Lia. This is my first post. I am so excited to be here on Buy Me A Coffee!
I am an International Flight Attendant, Yoga Crazed Coffee Lover and Creator of Beautiful Guided Meditations and videos on YouTube.
I started my YouTube channel in 2009 but was too afraid to post a video for fear of being judged and laughed at.
It took my 11 years to post my first video. (That was in 2020!)
From a lifetime of having zero self confidence and self worth, I learned everything I could about my mindset and about how I had the power to change myself and my life through my thoughts, through yoga, meditation and through my mindset and with this I learned about the power of manifestation.
(I came home from a trip in March 2020 to find there was no more flying! So that got me to start YT).
Please enjoy these beautiful guided meditation, mindset and manifestation videos I create to help you feel good about yourself and believe in yourself again.
I post Beautiful Guided Meditations, Mindset & Manifestation videos weekly to empower and inspire you.
Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/liamuniz
I also offer Personalised Guided Meditations, Energy Clearing sessions and Mindset Coaching packages via my website: www.liamuniz.com and now as Extras!
Always remember that you are worth it and you are on the right track...
Thank you for supporting me here. Your support means the world to me and helps me to continue creating these beautiful videos for you!
