🎶 Welcome to Lia Linguista! 🎶

Hi, I'm Leah, the creator of Lia Linguista — a musical, animated "edutainment" series designed to make learning languages fun for primary school kids (especially girls, but boys are totally welcome too!).

This idea first came to me pre-2020 — like a bolt of inspiration. I imagined a vibrant, educational show that teaches kids new languages through music, stories, and fun characters. I wasn’t sure what form it would take (I can't draw and I’m not super techy), but I knew it had to happen… eventually.

Then 2022 hit. Out of nowhere, the vision came rushing back — clearer and louder than ever. Suddenly I had over a dozen songs, heaps of notes, and a fire to bring this dream to life. I nervously reached out to some talented friends (and a few strangers too) — and to my surprise, everyone said YES.

Despite not having funding, or even a full plan, we began creating something truly special.

✨ Why now?

A few reasons:

A) Kids deserve better than what the current education & entertainment systems are offering.

B) The creative landscape has shifted — and the right people are ready.

C) I finally have the confidence to charge ahead with this wild idea.
