I built a browser-only planner for first-run ELISA dilution scouting.
Enter a usable assay range and a rough expected analyte-concentration range. The tool maps dilution coverage on a log scale, flags uncovered gaps, estimates well and sample use, and warns when direct preparation would require impractically small volumes.
It is free, open source, available in English and Traditional Chinese, and keeps all entered data in the browser—no login, analytics, or uploaded sample data.
