Apoya a Leslie Hubbard

I'm Leslie Hubbard, writer, teacher, and founder of OLEL Leadership. I spent eight years as a Zen Buddhist monastic in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and have spent much of my career exploring a question that still guides my work today: How do we actually live and lead what matters?

I write and host Every Moment is Practice, where I explore wisdom, leadership, and human flourishing, and the ordinary choices that shape our lives and our world.

Much of this work is freely available because I want theses ideas and practices to reach as many people as possible. If something I've written, recorded, or shared has been meaningful to you, you offer a one time support here. Your contribution helps me keep creating essays, conversations, and practices-and sharing them widely.

Thank you for being a part of it.
