And so the boy…
stitched, a fruitless task, to mend what holes could not repair, most certainly would return, the many steps such damage make. The warm blue glow, some comfort bring, a bluster surely shake and stir, such frightful cold the night.

these walls, but why?…do we labor so hard to repeat, the mistake befell my father and crashed upon my head, an anvil of ancient time and present weight!
And so the boy…
woke, a familiar shiver, such draft must seal and set to task, the day would surely not yield…
“I must pack with care, to tend with love each task, my belly must fill and thirst must quench, the soak I must keep from entrance make, the dawn a reminder of time to keep, of steps I’ll labor each, I’ll struggle, for faith I keep, cannot extinguish such flame; to know, to grow, to become…”
