Über Draconis Infernum
Draconis Infernum is a black metal band from Singapore, formed in 2005 by guitarist Xepher and presently joined by Niloc and Mollokh Baal. Known for their aggressive yet layered sound, they debuted with "Death in My Veins" in 2008, blending high-paced aggression with melodic influences from Northern European acts. Their follow-up album, "Rites of Desecration & Demise" (2011), showcased more complex compositions and sophisticated guitar work. Continuing their hellish evolution, the 2014 album "The Sacrilegious Eradication" incorporated a more organic, emotive approach with modern Swedish black metal influences. After a period of select shows, they resumed activity with a European tour in 2019, released the "Blood of the Iconophile" EP in 2020, and performed at Brutal Assault festival and in Norway in 2022 and 2023.
