We constantly need new equipment as most of ours is donated. We’re feeding approximately 40 odd people at every session. We play bingo and offer small prizes for winners. 
Our entertainment is often from volunteers that help us by buying their own games. 
Your support would allow long term planning and development. Investment in the kitchen to meet the modern standards required and to have the capacity to grow as the need in our communities does.

Acerca de Lee-Anne Menzies

Hi, I’m Lee-Anne and as well as being a wife, mum, granny and local Councillor, I am a Trustee of a local charity called Fa’side Community Kitchen. Known affectionately as FCK.

FCK also stands for Food, Company and Kindness. The kitchen offers a full lunch to those in the community that need it. That’s alongside the great company, the chats, the advice and support and also some bingo and other entertainment.

There’s no age group. There’s no application or forms to fill in. You turn up, you eat, you chat, you’re always welcome. From mothers and babies, through to those in their twilight years, everyone comes together over food and good company.

You buying me a coffee will help this work continue and thrive. It will allow us to keep the lights on. To open earlier for those that seek a warm place and welcome.
