À propos Leata-mae d'Avoine
your well-being doula
Hey 👋🏽
My name is Leata-Mae, I am somewhere between a wellness doula, birth worker and life coach and I'm here to offer connection-based support for folks during their healing journey, particularly through the experiences that come up during pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood (aka the matrescence experience)
Alongside bringing awareness and curiosity to what's coming up for you, education around childbirth, recovery and parenting - this support prioritises tenderly noticing and navigating your humanity, holding space and exploring body-based practices to support you in being your most content self.
I hope you find something here that can support you.
It's always an honour to be included on your journey and I look forward to un/learning with you.
With deepest gratitude
Leata-Mae
