Support Lead with Luna

Hi, my name's Lauren, sole owner and founder of Lead With Luna! Every dog and their guardian deserve training methods that are effective, humane, and accessible - without compromising either you or your dog's wellbeing.

My journey first started with my current dog Luna when I took her to puppy classes 8 years ago. I learned foundational skills like attention exercises, which are key to effective training.. The things I learned through Luna and the puppy class made me wish this information had been more accessible when I had my German Shepherd for 10 years prior to Luna. If it was, it would have made a massive difference. That's why I'm passionate about making effective, humane dog training accessible to everyone - so no dog owner has to feel lost or resort to outdated methods.

By the time I adopted Luna, humane methods had become more popular in dog training, but I realised there are probably still many who feel overwhelmed by the amount of different advice out there and feel at a loss as I did. This made me want to start a career in dog training.

I hold three OCN NI qualifications in puppy development, practical dog handling, and dog training and behaviour. I’ve also completed the APDT Advanced Training Course—all while working one-on-one with clients to create positive, lasting changes. I also continue to learn and expand my knowledge through continuing personal development.
