Hello to all!

My name is Lauren and I am here to share, inspire, and overall chit chat about sports.

I will cover topics ranging from my personal experience within sports, dealing with certain obstacles like injuries or leadership within a team setting, current Women's sports/ athletes that are taking the sport world by storm, and probably much more! I appreciate you reading and please reach out if you feel so inclined to talk shop about any of the columns.

Stay classy!
