Looking for advice about potential Lemons policy with Jeep. My son live in Georgia and just bought a new Jeep Wagoneer. My son went to pickup new Jeep after new car prep and the battery was dead. Dealer offered to charge battery and delivery to home. Can was not driven for 4 days after delivery and then wouldn’t start again. My son did some googling and it turns out there are know electrical problems with this car. He will get car back from dealer again next week. He is going to wait 4 days to see if problem occurs again. At that point what are his options under lemon laws from Jepp.
Hello Steven, Thanks for the coffee. Each state has their own details on the Lemon Law. Typically, the problem has to be the exact one 3x. Documentation is critical. Be sure to have the service writer details the problem as a return problem. It sounds like this issue has occurred twice. Make sure to tell the service manager that this is likely a lemon.
