I am running weekly classes online to get our bodies moving, to slow down and to connect back with ourselves during these uncertain times.

If you would like to practice in your own time please select the membership option to gain access to all previous class recordings to practice as often as you like. 

My aim is to bring accessible sessions to everyone who needs it most.
