Carnivore diet. No cheating. No alcohol! (aka sugar😉 I know...no fun for some)
Stay well hydrated, drink lots of water!
Exercise 30 min each day, outdoors if possible🌞 Vitamin D
Read 20 min per day. Maybe a self help book.
And take pics of your progress, daily if possible.
