As I make my way around Wales on foot exploring the landscape, history and culture I may occasionally be in need of a coffee or a pint of local beer. If you can't join me to walk a stage for a day this is a great, and hugely appreciated, way of showing your support for this project! I am also looking for tips of places to see on my journey, of people to talk to about Wales, of good pubs and spots to fill up my water bottle, of fields that I can stick a tent up in and places I can grab a shower......anything that can help. I'd love to see or hear from as many people as possible on my journey. I promise to pay it back in any way I can as I wander along....

On August 31st I am going to walk the very short distance from Sedbury Cliffs, on the banks of the River Severn, into Chepstow accompanied (if all goes to plan) by my Dad and Thalia.
