Hi, I’m Laitei 👋

I’m an open-source developer and LaTeX package author, passionate about Unicode typography, multilingual publishing, and building tools that work well for both print and digital media.

I’m currently developing modernnewspaper, a Unicode-first LaTeX package designed to make it easier to create newspaper-style documents with support for multiple languages, right-to-left scripts, clean layouts, and modern metadata. My work focuses on stability, clarity, and real-world usability.

Most of my projects are released as free and open source software under community-friendly licenses. Supporting my work helps me spend more time improving documentation, fixing bugs, and developing new features that benefit everyone.
