My Sundays are surprisingly structured and very busy. I have only just come to this realisation as I’m sat here at 2030 at night writing my blog thinking, I have to be in bed in the next 10 mins but here I am writing my blog. This happens most Sundays and is probably why Mondays is my least favourite gym day according to my app (apparently I also never miss a Tuesday). I wake up around 8 or 9am....
