I’m Vladyslav, a developer who likes building and sharing things.
I make open-source UI tools, themes, and experiments for the web — mostly with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Svelte.
Cyberpunk UI is a dependency-free CSS toolkit for neon interfaces. Neonflux is an Obsidian theme built around the same visual language.
Everything stays free and open source.
Lately I’ve also been exploring AI-assisted development and agent tooling — trying to figure out what is genuinely useful.

Neonflux 0.2.0 is out. The most useful thing I learned building it: you cannot review a stylesheet by reading it. In high-contrast mode, my callouts disappeared. Not dimmed — gone. Title, body and border, all rendered as blank page. Forced-colors mode replaces every colour but does not reset blend modes, and blending black text over a white backdrop gives you white. Invisible in the CSS. Obvious...
