What began as a quest on National Caviar Day of 2026 has now manifested into a real thing. Regarding my ambition to become a leading expert in all things Caviar, I am 3/4 of the way through the Tier III Caviar Sommalier Course at APWASI. I'm on lesson 8A, the practicals. I'm required to deliver five videos, each with a time constraint and with specific goals. I also managed to design my first merch offering at my Miller Mugs Store. It's a pricy mug because some of the proceeds are going to fund outreach for the channel, so it's a great way to help and get something in return. I've also made contact with several Caviar companies and we're working out some partnership opportunities. I can tell you, I wrote to near thirty. Only three got back to me, which makes sense. I'm new at this, I'm learning the ropes, and they're looking for big audiences, not long-term relationship prospects watching a performance artist transform into a Caviar Expert and Influencer. I think when I get the certification, things will be different and I'll try reaching out again. It's a process. Let's face it, mistakes will be made, but I'm determined to reach within two years, one million followers across all platforms, and become a leading authority on how to eat, serve, pair, and educate about Caviar. From what I've discovered in research, there are only two certified Caviar Sommeliers in Florida, and less than ten in the U.S. I expect I'll be a bit of a standout if I'm successful. So far, so good.
