Hi, I am Lauren and I am a yoga teacher in Ipswich, Suffolk. I set up my Buy Me A Coffee page because with the unforeseen world events of Covid 19, I have had to cancel all of my classes and move to online live virtual classes instead. I am doing this to ensure I can continue to help people when they need to take care of their mind and body most. As part of what I'm doing I am offering all NHS staff and emergency service workers free access to my online classes. One student kindly suggested that I make an account with Buy Me A Coffee so they could make a donation to me.
