Offri un caffè a Kristel RN

I’m Kristel, an operating room nurse who swapped late-night charting for storytelling. Between shifts and sterile gloves, I create blog posts, nursing guides, and heartfelt reflections from life inside the OR.

If you’ve read something that made you feel seen, supported, or inspired—your coffee helps me keep writing. It fuels the passion behind every word and supports future resources for students, nurses, and surgical teams everywhere.

Thanks for scrubbing in with me—one coffee at a time.
