Hello soul friend!

I am so excited to share our Know and Grow Meditations with you!

This is an expanding, evolving library.

Meditation, as you may know, is an inward journey toward self-awareness that brings true well-being from the inside out. It helps us to use our source energy to operate optimally and coherently with our hearts and heads. Please know that these meditations are the essence of the many wisdom traditions we embrace on this planet. The practice of these meditations enhances and deepens your spiritual journey. They are for all people from all backgrounds across the globe without any bias.  Please be clear that they are not intended to take anything away from the current practices that are dear to your heart.

The meditations are designed as follows.

·      There is a natural and easy progression within each meditation to take you from the physical body into the calmness and quiet that is already there within you.

·      They are called Resonance Meditations because as vibrational beings we resonate with the energetic vibration of love, peace, and joy naturally from our hearts when self-aware.

·      Each guided meditation has a theme or topic. All are available with music or with voice only, based on your preference.

·      Each topic provides you the option to start with a short 8-15 minute guided meditation. This is a great way to start.

When you have practiced this version daily for days or weeks and are ready for a longer meditation you may choose to move into the 20-minute guided resonance meditation. After enough daily practice you may become ready for more silence. You may then move to a 30-minute guided resonance meditation.

While this may be a logical sequence, you may start wherever you feel most comfortable.

·      Enjoy these meditations as you give this ever-accessible gift of loving serenity and deep joy to yourself!

·       The uniqueness of each soul friend’s life situation is understood. Most importantly, you are respected and unconditionally loved without any judgment. It is a deep love of service that prompts this work. Your use of these meditations is the most lasting reward.

Of course, a cup of coffee is always welcome!
