About Kelly Estabrooke-Owen
I’m a San Francisco Bay Area-based photographer on a relentless quest to document the ever-evolving landscapes and wildlife of our planet. With a profound reverence for the natural world, I aim quite literally to capture chronicles of resilience, adaptation in the face of climate change.
I've been inspired by the pioneers of photography such as Alfred Stieglitz, Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, Imogen Cunningham, and Byron Baldwin, I've spent over a decade immersed in the Bay Area and California backcountry, seeking out fleeting moments that speak volumes about our changing environment. Through my lens, I strive to raise awareness about the urgent need for conservation. Coffee always helps!
