Ultimate Rebrand Checklist | Notion Template

For brand managers, marketers, and design or project managers: Whether you’re embarking on a holistic rebrand or a simpler brand refresh, there’s always a list of assets to be created and updated, involving the help (and buy-in) of multiple stakeholders. This highly detailed, comprehensive project management database helps everyone keep track of every brand asset—across the strategy itself, design system, messaging, and general updates across the business. It's a place to track the development of these assets as well as to store and organize them as they're finalized. As a brand marketing leader, I used this format at both Brex and Notion to manage our evolving brand assets. In branding, consistency is key—and this system helps beyond measure.

This Notion template also includes my "Rebrand: Internal FAQ" Notion template—the ultimate document for getting ahead of internal communications about brand changes.
