Download Zoom FREE at www.zoom.us. Zoom is required to participate. You only need to do this once.
Check in: as early as 45 minutes beforehand, especially if you are not familiar with Zoom conferencing.
To get ready to begin: Click on “Gallery View” (in upper righthand corner). Find the model’s window. In the upper right corner of that window look for the drop down menu (•••). Click and hold, then select “Pin Video.”
For optimum screen image for drawing: Click on the top right corner of your Zoom screen to with to “Speaker View” (instead of Gallery View).
Audio/Video settings: To optimize connection speed and cut down on noise/feedback, sometimes our assistants will mute your video/audio. Feel free to turn these back on to speak, especially in the breaks.
Chat: Messages may appear from time to time at the bottom of the screen with instructions, links, etc. As the pop-up chat box partially obscures the screen for everyone, please try to limit your use of this function to the breaks.
