The Begining

Jan 12, 2026

It’s been some time since I truly leaned back into my exercise and rehabilitation work in a progressive, meaningful way. Like many others, the pandemic in 2020 brought an abrupt halt to what had been a thriving in-person practice. Kinect Health, based in the heart of London’s financial district, was built on years of hands-on coaching, rehabilitation, and real human connection—and overnight, that chapter closed.

Those renaissance days of working face-to-face with rehab and training clients in London are now firmly in the rearview mirror. Since then, life has taken me to different parts of this great nation, and my work has shifted almost entirely online. What’s remained constant is a small, dedicated tribe of long-standing clients from the old days—along with the referrals that come only when trust has been earned over time.

For a while now, I’ve been toying with the idea of going fully online—not as a compromise, but as an evolution. And right now, the timing feels right.

I want to help people who simply wouldn’t be able to afford the time, travel, or financial cost of in-person rehabilitation or coaching. People who still deserve proper guidance, intelligent programming, and reassurance that their body isn’t broken—it just needs the right input. Using By Me a Coffee allows me to continue offering that help in a way that’s accessible, honest, and pressure-free. There’s no obligation, no contracts, and no hard sell. If something I share helps you, and you feel inclined to support the work in return, that’s genuinely appreciated—but always at your discretion.

Over the years, I’ve helped and, in many cases, quietly sponsored injured people from all walks of life. Athletes, desk-bound professionals, tradespeople, parents, and those simply trying to get their body back after life got in the way. We’re certainly talking hundreds—and honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if that number has crept into the thousands.

I’ll be straight with you: during the heydays around the London 2012 Olympics, life was very good financially. But with time comes perspective. I’m older now, wiser, and far more intentional. I’ve continued to invest deeply in my own growth as a coach and therapist, refining what actually works and stripping away what doesn’t.

This space exists for one reason: to pass that knowledge on.

No ego. No noise. Just practical, experience-earned guidance to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your own body — for the long term.

Strength that lasts.
