So, hi. I’m Mary.

I’m a writer, vlogger, speaker, corporate communications change management consultant, dog-mom, human-mom, and a bunch of other things … just like you.

I’m not a coach or guru. I am simply a truther. I built this website to document the tools I developed to drive transformational change in my life.

I’d wasted too many dollars and decades investing in experts, books, counselors, coaches, methodologies and retreats that all failed.

I was like - WTF.

I refused to waste more precious minutes without seeing results.

So I channeled my corporate change management skills into the project of me. I broke complex transformation down into a series of clear, crisp, doable, bite-sized tasks. Each step ends with one clear decision and a “hook” to the next step. That chain, unbroken, drives results in real life.

These KindEdge steps worked when all other guru inspo failed.
