Held by Love, One Breath at a Time

Held by Love, One Breath at a Time

Jul 11, 2025

Monday evening, my sweetheart Richard suffered a severe heart attack. For the past several days, he has been on full life support to give his heart time to rest.

Today, we’re celebrating a beautiful breakthrough—the ventilator has been removed. And more than that… we looked into each other’s eyes and affirmed our love. He heard me. He responded. We were able to connect—gently, patiently, soul to soul. I am overjoyed with gratitude.

These days have been a rollercoaster—waves of transcendent peace, illumination, and trust…and also waves of tears, as my human heart ached with longing to have him by my side again.

I’ve been sitting with him in the hospital, holding his hand, singing Light Language to his spirit, playing our songs, and blessing the medical team caring for him with such dedication and heart. He has been bathed in prayer from countless loving hearts—and I feel every bit of it surrounding us, holding him, lifting us.

Today, a song we recorded called “Release” came out on our channel. It was already scheduled, but the timing feels divinely orchestrated. This song came to me in one of my darkest hours—and now it returns again, whispering:

You don’t have to carry it all.

Let go. Be held. Let love sing to you.

There have already been so many miracles within this sacred storm. In time, we’ll share more of what we’re walking through together. But this we know, with every breath:

We are—and always will be—Living Love and Loving Life. 💛

Thank you for your prayers. Your presence means more than you know.
